He founded the Toronto Festival of Storytelling, co-founded the Storytellers School of Toronto, and has performed at many festivals around the world.
Dan has edited several acclaimed collections of Canadian storytelling, and is a renowned author recognized with an Ann Izard Storytellers’ Choice Award.
He has done much to encourage the renaissance of storytelling in all parts of Canada.
